Perhaps this could be mentioned in your room description so that customers may choose not to have this in their room. Re your e mail may i say my friends add i had a very enjoyable stay in your hotel. We found the hotel very comfortable, clean and your staff very nice, helpful and friendly to deal with. A few things I would change. (1) would you not put brackets on wall to hold up the show so as not to have to hold it in your hand. (2) Would you not get rid of CNN and get Sky it is better for sports results. (3) Would cost much to have eggs for breakfast, I will recommend your hotel to friends and tell how we enjoyed our self in your hotel.

My sisters and I really enjoyed our visit to Prague. The Brixen Hotel was very nice and in an excellent location to get access to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and the accommodation was of a high standard. The breakfasts were adequate and our only concern was that we would like a room to the rear if we were to return, as the noise from the traffic at the front was extremely loud during the night when we had to open the windows due to the warm weather we were lucky to have. I am sure I will return to Prague and I would certainly be pleased to stay at The Brixen Hotel. I was also impressed by your company arranging a free taxi from the airport as well as booking our taxi for the return journey. This made our journey so easy. Booking the whole holiday on line was so easy and I will definitely do it again.

As requested, we're pleased to send you our feedback on our Prague holiday.
The service of PragueDiscountHotels was very professional - prompt replies and action, and also we were very happy with the alternative hotel you proposed, ie. Vodickova Apt, as our first choice of Ibis Old Town was not available.
The apartment-hotel was very well-located, next to metro and tram stop, and also within easy walk to the old town square, to shops & restaurants. The suite we had was excellent, because the loft bedroom and the bedroom-cum-living room, was perfect for our family - ie. 2 adults and 2 children. It was clean, well maintained and had a well-equipped kitchen. The only thing we could have asked for, was an additional electric fan, as it was a warm week that week, and there was only one small table fan. Since this suite is on the top floor, there were only small windows and there was not much breeze.
The airport pick-up and transfer both ways was very reliable and smooth.
All in all, we had a great and smooth holiday in Prague and we won't hesitate to recommend your services to our friends.

I cannot emphasize enough how happy we were with the apartment. It was immaculately clean, VERY spacious and the staffs were very helpful and friendly. Also the location was fantastic, we could not had wished for better. Our only wish would have been to have had a balcony as the weather was amazing, having said that there is so much to see in Prague we hardly stayed in. I am going to take my boyfriend there later this year and will definitely use the Vodickova apartments, especially with the 10% discount given after your first visit.

It was basic, but comfortable and clean hotel. All the staff I met was very helpful and friendly even when I came in very late one morning after too many beers. It was ideal for my needs. It is central and close to all main sites in Prague. I would recommend it anyone who wants a cheap place to stay in Prague.

Dear Nina - We had a terrific break, thank you very much. Prague is a beautiful place - and I only hope the English lager-louts do not spoil it! The service we enjoyed from Prague discount hotels was excellent. The hotel itself was good value with a good buffet breakfast included in the price; a good choice for business travelers, I would say, as it was so close to the station and Wencelaus Square. It was a little further from the Old Town than I had thought from looking at the maps, but easily within a comfortable 15 min walk. There is nothing else I can suggest, really. Keep up the good work and I hope to visit you again at some point.

Make take this opportunity to say thank you very much for a trouble & hassle free stay in Prague. We were very impressed from the point we landed at Prague Airport.
Taxi driver was on time and waiting for us. He was very friendly and informative.
We were greeted by a very friendly hotel receptionist. The hotel rooms were very clean, airy & spacious. I and colleagues were very impressed. Breakfast was provided every morning. I would have no hesitation at all to come & stay at the same hotel again in future.
We were picked up by the same taxi driver on our departure from the hotel. He was on time & duly took us to the airport.
Again thank you very much for a hassle free break in Prague. Very highly recommended.

We loved our stay in Prague and the ibis. One thing about the room. We had only 1 towel each. You know girls like to have 2 towels for their shower - one for their hair. I must say we were delighted with the free pick up at the airport and especially so when our flight was 2 hours late. Your taxi man was very helpful to all of us and very chatty and friendly. The whole booking process was very easy and professional.
The Tulip Inn is an ideal hotel to stay in for visiting Prague. It is only about 10 mins walk from the city centre.
The hotel itself is great and the staff is very helpful especially if you would like to book trips. Breakfast is really nice and there is also a bar for the evenings.

In short our stay in Prague was amazing.. The city was wonderful and not too busy the week we went so we had plenty of quiet walks and lovely meals. We were very impressed with the service from Prague Discount Hotels, we sent a couple of emails to you enquiring about our booking & we received a very prompt reply to all our queries. You also arranged a free transfer from the airport to our hotel & this service was great, our driver was extremely friendly & offered us tips about our visit as this was our first to Prague. The hotel was great too, a little walk to the main attractions of the city, but thats how we like it. Hotel was very clean & comfortable & our room was quite large with a lovely bathroom. The hotel is located on a busy road & the only criticism is the noise from the road, overall we very delighted with our stay in Prague & will definitely be back & would recommend your service to others & the Tulip.

You asked for comments re our stay at Red Chair. No problems and everything was fine and enjoyable.
The room was good but at the top of the building and being aged 71, I found it difficult having to carry a heavy case upstairs. On arrival I was told that no-one was available to take my case to the room. We should have been advised re this and that there was no lift. Linen etc was good quality and clean but we did have to ask on arrival for soap for the room. We also had to report a fault with the electrics but this was fixed.
The reception staff was helpful and friendly and we very much appreciated the complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in our room when it was noted from the passport that it was my wife's birthday.

We were really delighted with our stay in Svaty Jan hotel..and getting a hotel this cheap and so close to the city centre was wonderful.
We wouldn't change anything about this hotel!
It had character and charm and made our holiday especially great.

We had a fantastic time in Prague - collection from the airport was ideal and your drivers were extremely efficient for which we were truly grateful for.
The hotel was fine - excellent location, clean rooms and friendly staff the only thing i will say which was a bit disappointing was the breakfast. Variety was poor, i would have liked to see more cereals and fruit. As a result we ate at the hotel the first morning and ate out the other 2 days.
All in all however - good value for money

The hotel Rott accommodation was very clean with very nice rooms. We had a welcome cake in our rooms in the shape of a heart, as it was Valentines Day on our arrival. The staff was very pleasant. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was under reconstruction and was closed. This meant there was no room service available and with no tea making facilities in the rooms we were unable to have beverages at all, except at breakfast. The Breakfast room however was very nice and the buffet breakfast was excellent. There was a bit of a mix up with the return taxi to the airport. We took a taxi, that the hotel said, was for us, but I received a telephone call en-route from the taxi company asking us where we were, as our taxi was waiting at the Hotel. We paid more for the taxi we were in, than the one that was waiting back at the hotel. However, other than that mix, up our trip was very enjoyable. Thank you.

We had a fantastic time and the hotel was lovely. only problem we encountered was with the tv, we were only able to view bbc world channel whilst our friends upstairs were able to view sky news. We brought this to the attention of the reception but they were unable to help although were extremely friendly. also would have liked to have had our own kettle and tea or coffee making facilities in the room, i think you will find most British visitors would appreciate this. We did have a wonderful stay in Prague thank you and we thought the Red Chair hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was comfortable and clean, the food at breakfast was suitable for all tastes (nice coffee!), the staff was pleasant and friendly, and best of all the location was fabulous. We could not have stayed in a nicer or more convenient location.
Since you ask for suggestions I have two:
- You might consider putting a small kettle in each room, with supplies of tea, coffee and milk
- Would it be possible to have fresh milk available at breakfast?

Thanks for your e-mail, we had a great time in Prague thank you, it is a beautiful city and we have already said we would like to visit again. With regards to the Harmony Hotel, the actual rooms and reception areas were fine although a little basic, the beds were a little uncomfortable and we could have done with more pillows for them. The only area we all thought could have been better was with regards to the breakfast. There was very little choice and what was provided could have been of a better standard. Overall it did not affect us to any great extent as we were hardly there, but maybe these comments could be looked at by the hotel and improved upon. Will definitely recommend your company to my friends who are also hoping to visit in the summer. Would just also like to mention that the taxi driver that picked us up was really good, he gave us some great tips and was on time for both of the transfers, didn't catch his name but he was Canadian.

Hotel Legie was a very comfortable hotel, with a great situation, close to Wenceslas Square. We found the bar man very friendly and funny. Only one criticism, the duvet covers were not big enough for a double bed. But on the whole our stay was most enjoyable and would definitely come again, thank you.

We had a wonderful stay in Prague, your driver was on time and helpful, the Hotel Rott was excellent, lovely room, polite efficient staff, the heated floor in the bathroom was a nice surprise in January!! The only disappointment was the breakfast with instant coffee and stale croissants, but never mind because that made us have to go out and find wonderful breakfasts at nearby cafes (some tourist and some normal cheap cafes). We will be back definitely - you have a beautiful city which we could not expect to see all of it in 4 days!! but we have very sore feet to prove that we did try!! We will gladly recommend you to everyone who will listen!!

My stay in Prague was wonderful! Everything from the taxi picking us up to the great Hotel. The Hotel was quite central and this did not cause a problem for getting around the beautiful city. My only concern was the cold buffet breakfast which was ok, but I think if the hotel placed a few hot items on the menu it would improve peoples stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much and we were impressed with our view of the square and the room facilities. Suggestions for improvements are we would have liked to have been able to turn the heating off in our room as we did not enjoy having to compensate for this by turning on the air conditioning. We would have liked free tea and coffee in our room. We did like our room layout, it was very spacious and tidy as well as heated floors in the bathroom.

First impressions of the Golden Gate were very good. We found the staff on the
reception to be very helpful.The bedrooms in the hotel were very comfortable, clean and well equipped.
The bathrooms were also very well equipped and clean. I would not hesitate in
recommending this hotel to any friends who may be thinking of going to
Prague.Also found the transfers to and from the airport to be very well
organised.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the Bohemia Plaza. The hotel was central, nicely furnished and the breakfast was excellent.
Our own room was clean and well furnished. The staff were very helpful.
It would be nice to have the Internet access in the room rather than next to reception.

The Hotel St George was an excellent hotel, close to the city centre and had a very friendly atmosphere.
The service that we received from Discount Hotels was first rate. We were met promptly on arrival by a very friendly and informative driver;
The same can be said about our return to the airport. All in all I was very impressed by the service provided.
